Nursing Supervisor LPN - Outpatient MAT
Comprehensive Treatment Centers — Winchester, VA. Outpatient Medication‑Assisted Treatment (MAT) Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) seeking a full‑time LPN Nursing Supervisor.
Hours Monday‑Friday 5:30 AM – 1:30 PM, rotating Saturdays 5:45 AM – 9:15 AM.

Our Team Winchester Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) is part of Acadia Healthcare's comprehensive treatment centers, the leading provider of medication‑assisted treatment nationwide. Our nursing team provides compassionate, high‑quality safe and efficient medication dispensing to patients seeking recovery from opioid use disorder.
Your Role as LPN Nursing Supervisor The LPN Nursing Supervisor directs patient care, facilitates workflows, serves as a resource for staff, and provides leadership in an outpatient opioid treatment program environment while maintaining standards of professional nursing practice in accordance with clinic policy.

Role Responsibilities
Ensure medicine room compliance with all policies, Federal and State regulations at all times.
Supervise daily clinical operations, create staff assignments and schedules, and adjust schedules as needed.
Supervise and evaluate work activities of nursing, technical, clerical, service or maintenance staff.
Ensure medical records compliance; review records for regulatory adherence.
Oversee quality assurance activities, participate in program development, and promote continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
Assist with recruitment, hiring, and training of new staff.
May administer medications per provider orders, document administration, and maintain controlled‑substance counts.
May perform blood and other specimen collection, process samples, and read results as ordered.
May transport medication to other locations or work on a mobile unit.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Education, Skills, and Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited LPN/LVN program.
Minimum 2+ years of related nursing practice.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Prefer experience in behavioral health/addiction recovery environment (inpatient or outpatient).
Preferred Experience
Previous nursing experience in addiction recovery or behavioral health settings.
Familiarity with MAT and safe handling, administration, and documentation of methadone, buprenorphine, and naltrexone.
Experience in medication dispensing, monitoring patient dosing, and observing for adverse reactions or interactions.
Understanding of nursing best practices in substance use treatment, trauma‑informed care, and harm reduction principles.
Accurate and timely documentation of MARs, patient vitals, and incident reports per state and federal guidelines.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements (DEA, 42 CFR Part 2, HIPAA, Joint Commission).
Proven ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team (physicians, counselors, case managers, support staff).
Licenses/Certifications
Current LPN/LVN license in Virginia.
Current CPR certification where required by state regulation.
