highly established, full‑service veterinary hospital in El Paso, Texas

is looking for their next exceptional team member to join a

collaborative four‑doctor team

with a loyal and growing client base.

2:1 Vet Tech to Doctor ratio

4‑day full‑time schedule

within hospital hours (no late nights, no on‑call!)

⚕️ Mix of

general practice and occasional urgent care

– no two days are the same

In‑house diagnostic lab

Fully equipped surgical suite

Therapeutic laser

Provide high‑quality medical and surgical care to small animal patients

Manage a varied caseload of consultations, diagnostics, and procedures

Build lasting client relationships through compassion and communication

Contribute positively to a supportive, team‑driven culture

Full‑time, 4‑day work week

Hospital Hours:

Mon–Fri: 8 AM–6 PM

Sat: 8 AM–5 PM (rotational)

No after‑hours or on‑call,

enjoy your evenings and weekends!

Bonus:

20% ProSal (No Negative Accrual)

$100,000 Signing Bonus

CE allowance + paid CE leave

What We’re Looking For

DVM or equivalent (licensed or eligible in Texas)

Strong medical and surgical skills in small animal care
