Compensation:
$125K–145K Base + Bonus 20%
About the Role A leading global investment firm is seeking a Finance Manager to support its Special Situations platform. This hands‑on role is ideal for someone with experience in
portfolio analytics, fund finance, and private credit , who enjoys a collaborative, high‑performing environment. You will work across investment, portfolio management, and finance teams to manage reporting, financial analysis, and process improvements, leveraging
technology and automation
to drive efficiency and insight.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee finance, portfolio management, and investor reporting activities across multiple funds
Review monthly returns, NAVs, capital reporting, and quarterly financial statements
Manage year‑end audits and coordinate with external accountants
Collaborate with deal teams and portfolio managers to resolve reporting questions and support monitoring processes
Interpret and manage complex investment structures, including tax, legal, and accounting implications
Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and increase accessibility of financial information using
Power BI, Python, VBA, or Alteryx
Support fundraising requests and ad hoc investor analyses
Partner with internal teams and external administrators to identify and implement effective solutions
Key Qualifications
6–10 years of professional experience in investment management, fund accounting, or public accounting
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Advanced Excel skills; experience with
Power BI, Python, Alteryx, or VBA
preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CFA a plus
Strong communication and collaboration skills; attention to detail and initiative required
