The Role We seek a Senior Tax Manager to manage a national client portfolio, deliver exceptional service, tackle complex tax issues, and provide risk‑management guidance. You will mentor teammates, contribute to business development, and foster continuous improvement in a fun, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a client portfolio, consistently delivering high‑quality service.

Ensure accuracy and compliance in preparation, review, and timely filing of all tax forms.

Prepare and review tax provisions and support complex engagements.

Improve efficiency across project initiatives.

Mentor teammates and provide professional development support.

Stay current with tax regulations, conduct diligent research, and advise on intricate tax matters.

Contribute to business development and departmental efficiency enhancements.

Required Qualifications

CPA or EA license.

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

10+ years of public accounting experience.

Experience managing client interactions across multiple channels.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Detail‑oriented with high standards.

Proficiency with tax preparation and accounting software.

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks, CCH Axcess, Thomson Reuters, UltraTax, etc.

Substantial knowledge of 1040, 1041, partnerships, S‑Corp, 1099.

Experience with high‑net‑worth individuals, trusts, estates, state tax, and pensions.

Location This role can be fully remote or hybrid from our Bellevue, WA office. No travel is required.
