The HRSD ServiceNow Consultant is responsible for implementing and supporting ServiceNow’s HR Module. You will act as a subject matter expert in HR processes and system configurations, advising stakeholders on platform functionality, optimizing existing solutions, and translating business requirements into effective system designs. You must thrive in a fast‑paced environment, balancing shifting priorities while remaining responsive and dependable. Strong organizational skills are essential for managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines through effective planning and execution. The work location is 100% virtual/work from home. Standard working hours are 9am‑5pm in your given work location. Key Responsibilities

Recommend, implement, and plan for improvements, enhancements, and new applications to the ServiceNow system. Maintain, develop, and revise all proof of configuration, knowledge articles, SOPs, and other documentation. Customize forms, workflows, UI actions, Business Rules, Service Portal, system imports, Business Analytics, reporting, and Service Catalog Partners. Test and coordinate UAT testing, training, and communications. Administer security to ensure data protection and privacy. Develop and maintain strong working knowledge of all ServiceNow capabilities. Stay up to date on release materials and provide business recommendations on enhancements. Follow best practices of the system development lifecycle methodology. Required / Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or HR (required). Minimum 7 years of related experience (preferred). 7+ years of ServiceNow experience and demonstrated knowledge of ServiceNow administration and upgrade activities (highly preferred). Experience working with HR Service Delivery in ServiceNow. Experience with integrations, RPA, APIs, AI, Now Assist, Configurable Workspace, and Studios (highly preferred). Skills & Abilities

Teamwork and leadership of cross‑functional projects. Strong customer service focus and independent work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with MS Tools. Travel

May travel and participate in meetings throughout chapter jurisdiction, state, and Red Cross system. Pay Information

The annual salary range for this position is $90K – $110K. No annual bonus for this role. Benefits
