Responsibilities

Build scalable, efficient, reliable, and easy-to-consume front-end dashboards within our BI application, Sigma Computing, that drive informed decision-making across Sales and Sales Ops teams.

Own and enhance core dashboards and reports, ensuring they evolve with the business and remain accurate, relevant, and accessible.

Document dashboards comprehensively to support ongoing self-service, troubleshooting, and long-term sustainability.

Balance short-term ad hoc requests with the development of long-term, scalable analytics solutions.

Collaborate with data engineering to ensure dashboards are built on robust, efficient, and future-proof data architectures.

Act as the subject matter expert on key Sales KPIs.

Partner with SalesOps leaders to identify insights gaps, uncover pain points, and propose solutions that enhance sales productivity and process optimization.

Work cross-functionally with product and systems teams to improve data quality, availability, and capture processes.

Conduct deep-dive exploratory analyses to uncover insights, highlight trends, and drive strategic discussions.

Requirements

Proven experience creating business-facing dashboards using modern BI tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Looker, Power BI).

5+ years of meaningful data analysis experience, preferably within SaaS or a related analytical background.

Strong SQL skills and a solid understanding of data modeling and architecture.

Ability to simplify complex data for non-technical stakeholders.

Sales operations experience is a strong plus.

Detail-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency.

Self-starter with the intellectual curiosity to be a systematic problem solver.

Excellent quantitative skills with experience analyzing SaaS adoption and retention metrics.

Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and effectively manage time, multiple tasks, and firm deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal skills; skilled at creating material for an executive audience; skilled at converting business requirements into consumable material.

Bachelor’s degree required.

The pay for this role may range between $80,000 – $100,000 plus variable, benefits, perks, and equity.
