We’re seeking a creative powerhouse who loves social media, organization, and storytelling. About the Role Express Capital Financing is a fast‑growing real‑estate lending firm helping investors nationwide. We’re looking for a Social Media & Operations Coordinator to join our Brooklyn office full‑time (minimum 3 days in‑office). This role blends creative social media work with organizational operations support. You’ll capture content, collaborate with our leadership and loan officers, and help keep the business running smoothly through day‑to‑day coordination. You’ll also travel with our team to expos and events to capture behind‑the‑scenes content and assist with logistics. What You’ll Do Capture and direct short‑form video content (mainly smartphone‑based) with our leadership and loan officers. Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts—write captions, plan and schedule posts. Collaborate with our editor to produce engaging, trend‑aware content. Research trending sounds, formats, and ideas relevant to real estate and finance. Travel to expos and industry events to film, gather content, and support the marketing team. Ensure a consistent, professional brand voice across all social platforms. Operations & Admin Responsibilities Coordinate travel and event logistics, including expos, flights, and hotels. Maintain and organize Asana projects—update task statuses, create new tasks, and follow up on overdue items. Support leadership by keeping communication and workflows organized. Assist with light HR coordination, such as onboarding reminders and time‑clock approvals. You’ll Succeed Here If You’re Exceptionally organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive. Creative, adaptable, and confident in communicating with leadership. A team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Passionate about social media and love turning ideas into polished content. Excited about traveling to expos and capturing real‑world event energy. Requirements Experience managing Instagram and LinkedIn (posting, captions, engagement). Strong understanding of lighting, sound, and smartphone video capture. Excellent writing and organizational skills. Nice to Have Experience with Canva, Asana, and Google Workspace. Basic knowledge of video editing or content calendars. Comfortable appearing on camera if needed. Compensation $60,000–$80,000 per year, based on experience.
