A leading Miami-based luxury real estate and hospitality group is seeking a
Social Media & Marketing Manager
to take ownership of its digital storytelling — driving growth, engagement, and prestige across the company’s brand portfolio and a high-profile founder’s personal channels.
This is a hands‑on creative role for someone who can
shoot, edit, and execute
at a high level. You’ll be managing multiple luxury brands — from real estate and lifestyle to wellness and hospitality — each with its own tone and audience.
We’re looking for someone who combines creative instinct with results. You understand what performs, how to build momentum, and can prove it through your own metrics and media kit.
Key Responsibilities
Lead content creation and strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube for both brand and founder accounts.
Produce and edit short‑ and long‑form video content (vlogs, reels, campaigns, storytelling pieces).
Manage day‑to‑day posting, growth, and community engagement with a strong luxury sensibility.
Collaborate directly with senior leadership and external creative consultants to refine brand tone and guidelines.
Support upcoming wellness and hospitality launches within the portfolio.
Ideal Profile
5+ years in social media, digital marketing, or content creation.
Hands‑on shooter/editor with strong technical ability (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent).
Proven results: at least
five content pieces with 80K+ organic views
or strong consistent growth metrics.
Deep understanding of
luxury real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle brands .
Experience growing or managing a
founder‑led personal brand .
Strong creative judgment, ownership mindset, and ability to move fast.
