$80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Washington Frank International Our client is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor and hands‑on expert across SAP Finance and Controlling processes, driving functional design, configuration, and optimization for our global SAP environment. You’ll collaborate closely with Finance, IT, and cross‑functional business partners to translate financial requirements into scalable SAP solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business insight. Key Responsibilities:
Lead configuration, support, and continuous improvement of SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, COPA, Cost Center Accounting, etc.) Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design end‑to‑end solutions aligned with financial and controlling best practices Support month‑end and year‑end close processes through system validation, troubleshooting, and automation opportunities Participate in SAP S/4HANA initiatives, system upgrades, testing, and integrations with other SAP and non‑SAP modules Create and maintain documentation including functional specs, test scripts, and training materials Provide day‑to‑day user support and training Qualifications:
College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, information systems, and/or 7+ years equivalent work experience. (S/4HANA experience a strong plus) Strong understanding of accounting principles, cost controlling, and financial reporting Proven experience in SAP configuration and integration with MM, SD, and PP modules Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills Broad knowledge of programming languages and techniques, including SQL/NoSQL.
