Role Overview We are looking for a German-speaking SAP HCM Payroll Project Manager to take ownership of SAP HR/HCM projects from start to finish. This is a high-impact role where you will manage end-to-end project delivery while building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP HR/HCM project delivery from design through implementation and post-go-live support
Manage client relationships, ensuring quality, timelines, and project goals are met
Coordinate with internal consultants and technical teams to align business and technical requirements
Oversee solution design, configuration, and integration activities
Support continuous improvement and optimisation of payroll processes

Ideal Candidate
Fluent in German and proficient in English
Proven experience as an SAP HCM Payroll Project Manager or in a similar SAP HCM leadership role
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills
Experience with SAP HCM and Payroll processes and project lifecycle management
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive results
