Luxury Wallcovering Designer
Location:
Hybrid (3 days onsite in New Jersey, flexibility as needed)

Compensation:
$68,000 – $78,000 annually (depending on experience)
Travel:
Up to 25% (domestic and international)

Key Responsibilities
Research and develop innovative wallcovering concepts, styles, and materials
Design new collections aligned with seasonal trends and brand direction
Analyze market and sales data to guide design and development strategy
Create artwork repeats, pattern matches, and colorways in Adobe and AVA CAD/CAM
Manage the sampling and strike-off process to ensure design accuracy
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Quality Control
Source and maintain vendor and material supplier relationships
Present new collections and design concepts to internal teams and clients
Tools & Programs Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, AVA CAD/CAM, Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Design, or related field
5+ years of experience in wallcovering, textile, or surface design
Strong understanding of pattern development, materials, and manufacturing methods
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Skilled in both hand-rendered and digital design
Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally
