About the Role We’re seeking a strategic and data‑driven
Sr. CRM Marketing Manager
to own our marketing automation, event promotion, and database growth initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving our demand generation efforts and ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns through HubSpot. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative — someone who thrives on optimizing marketing processes, developing high‑performing workflows, and growing a responsive, engaged database that fuels business success.
This is not just a systems role — it’s a strategic position where you’ll shape how our marketing engine operates. From building automated campaigns and managing content syndication to developing audience segmentation strategies and supporting event marketing, you’ll be at the center of how we connect with and grow our audience.
What You’ll Do Marketing Automation & Campaign Management
Configure, manage, and optimize
HubSpot
for seamless marketing automation, tracking, and analytics.
Design and implement
lead scoring models
and automated
nurture workflows
to enhance conversion and efficiency.
Create targeted
content syndication campaigns
and leverage analytics for audience segmentation and engagement.
Develop and manage a
comprehensive content calendar
within HubSpot to ensure consistent, high‑quality engagement.
Create and distribute
dynamic content digests
across multiple marketing channels.
Drive
database demand generation strategies
to increase lead quality and volume.
Maintain and optimize
database health
through regular cleansing, enrichment, and compliance checks.
Partner with the events team to build segmented, personalized communications for event promotion, registration, and follow‑up.
Use marketing automation tools to support event awareness, ticket sales, and attendee engagement.
Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and operations.
Monitor and report on
campaign performance and database growth
using HubSpot analytics.
Use data insights to refine marketing strategies and improve overall performance.
Maintain a culture of testing, learning, and optimizing for long‑term growth.
Who You Are
A
strategic marketing professional
with deep expertise in marketing automation and demand generation.
Highly skilled in
HubSpot , with certifications in inbound marketing, CRM, and marketing automation preferred.
Experienced working in
B2B SaaS environments
with 5–8 years of similar or related experience.
Analytical, proactive, and passionate about leveraging data to drive decision‑making.
Strong communicator and collaborator who thrives in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
Organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Creative problem solver who can balance strategy with hands‑on execution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5–8 years of experience in
demand generation and marketing operations
roles.
Proven experience managing marketing automation through
HubSpot
(required).
Experience with
Salesforce
or other CRMs to track and align marketing and sales activity.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Willingness to travel occasionally for events and team collaborations.
