The Company

We are a leading Wealth Tech firm and Turnkey Asset Management Platform (TAMP), providing RIAs, broker‑dealers, and wealth management firms with an integrated, end‑to‑end technology and investment platform. Our offerings include institutional trading services, model portfolio delivery, SMAs, direct indexing, and alternative investments.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Trader or Portfolio Strategist to join our investment and trading team. This individual will oversee the execution of trades across fixed income, equities, ETFs, mutual funds, and options, supporting both internally managed portfolios and third‑party strategist models within our UMA and TAMP infrastructure.

In this hybrid role, you’ll serve as a bridge between advisors, asset managers, and operations—executing with precision, driving strategy implementation, and ensuring every model and mandate runs with institutional efficiency. You’ll work hand‑in‑hand with portfolio managers and strategists across the platform, ensuring their models are translated into accurate, timely execution for client accounts.

This position is ideal for a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, is fluent in market structure and asset allocation, and is passionate about transforming how wealth enterprises deliver investment excellence at scale.

Responsibilities

Execution Excellence

– Execute trades across all major custodians, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and best execution for advisor‑driven and third‑party‑managed strategies.

Manager Coordination

– Collaborate with external asset managers and strategists on portfolio implementation, model updates, and trading protocols across UMA and TAMP programs.

Portfolio Strategy & Structuring

– Support advisors with asset allocation, portfolio construction, and manager selection while maintaining alignment with investment policy guidelines.

Model Management

– Oversee the daily execution, rebalancing, and monitoring of model portfolios and unified managed accounts across multiple custodians and programs.

Operational Oversight

– Manage reconciliation, settlement, trade correction, and exception reporting to ensure integrity of data and performance tracking.

Market Analysis

– Evaluate trends, liquidity, and macroeconomic factors to inform trading and allocation decisions.

Risk & Compliance

– Maintain rigorous adherence to internal policies, compliance standards, and regulatory frameworks.

Platform Optimization

– Partner with technology, product, and operations teams to enhance workflow automation and advance our institutional trading capabilities.

Advisor & Manager Engagement

– Serve as a key point of contact for advisors and strategists, providing updates, education, and insights into platform execution and portfolio positioning.

Thought Leadership

– Contribute to firmwide investment communications, portfolio insights, and market commentary in partnership with the investment strategy team.
