Overview This position may be located in our Annapolis Junction, MD, Linthicum, MD or Redondo Beach, CA facility, and supports the Microelectronics Center.

The successful candidate will source and procure specialized products and services from cradle to grave, including execution of Non-Disclosure Agreements, negotiating teaming agreements, reviewing statements of work, issuing requests for proposals, analyzing proposals, approving source justifications, conducting price/cost analyses, negotiating terms and conditions, awarding and modifying subcontracts, and preparing compliant procurement audit files in accordance with FAR and company policies.

Specific Tasks

Source and procure specialized goods and services.

Own contractual management for the supplier.

Responsible for source selection.

Coordinate and collaborate with key stakeholders such as contracts, engineering, quality, supplier development, planning, operations, program and end-users.

Develop bid packages to include PO specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, or services.

Analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate terms and conditions, recommend vendors, write awards, and administer resulting POs.

Identify strategies and opportunities to reduce cost, improve efficiency and manage risk through strategic and targeted negotiations.

Evaluate and monitor supplier quality, reliability, and ability to support required delivery schedules.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 12 years of supply chain, procurement, business management and/or related experience with a minimum of 8 years in supply chain; or a minimum of 16 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, with at least 10 years of supply chain experience.

Experience with the government acquisition process, with strong knowledge of FAR and DFARS.

US Citizenship.

Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

SAP experience.

Experience with Mission Systems Supply Chain policies and procedures.

Experience in supply chain management on a major defense program or in managing development or production projects.

Experience interfacing with executive leadership.

Experience in Earned Value Management.

Experience with multiple contractual types (e.g., FFP, CPFF, CPIF).

Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Salary and Compensation Primary level salary range: $134,900.00 - $212,000.00.

Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonuses, and Long Term Incentives for VP/Director levels.
