Overview At Atlassian, we empower teams with tools that enable developer joy. As a Development Experience (DevExp) Solutions Sales Executive, you will drive revenue growth in the AMER region, leading specialized sales efforts, collaborating with clients, partners, and cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
Drive outstanding growth in DevExp sales by effectively executing the go‑to‑market strategy.
Develop and execute a territory plan to sell to customers based on their business needs.
Establish and maintain relationships with senior‑level clients, especially C‑level executives and decision makers.
Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, managing various stakeholders.
Advocate for customers, relaying feedback to the product, marketing, and R&D teams.
Generate high‑quality leads and acquire new customers by collaborating closely with direct sales and channel partners.
Accurately forecast and report on revenue opportunities and track deal progression.
Collaborate with channel partners to create tailored solutions that tackle unique client challenges.
Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in DevOps, Software Development Tools, Application Lifecycle Management, and solution sales.
Experience utilizing MEDDPICC as a sales methodology.
Track record of surpassing sales targets, demonstrating proven sales techniques.
Ability to establish and nurture robust relationships with senior decision makers in DevExp within large enterprise customers.
Skilled communicator with proficiency in verbal and written communication, negotiation, and closing deals.
Collaborative mindset; experience working closely with extended sales teams and channel partners to achieve client outcomes.
Proactive in instigating change and disrupting the status quo in a positive manner.
Compensation Base pay ranges are higher than the typical market, with eligibility for bonuses, commissions, and equity.
Base pay ranges for new hires:
Zone A: $211,500 – $276,125
Zone B: $190,800 – $249,100
Zone C: $176,400 – $230,300
