Work in teams across a variety of clients, products, and project types; build industry and subject matter expertise.
Data analysis – analyze data to support strategies and develop actionable recommendations.
Project support – collaborate, develop presentations, create financial models, contribute to workshops.
Presentation preparation – prepare compelling presentations and reports.

Client interaction – participate in meetings and workshops.

Your Profile
Enrolled in PhD, MD, PharmD, or other Doctoral program with 2026 completion; strong record of academic success.
Professional experience in analyzing and solving complex problems; actionable recommendations; quantitative, conceptual, analytical.
Proficiency using data analytics tools (Python, R, Excel) for data‑driven decision making.
Record of managing multiple projects, including work plans, deliverables, schedules.
Some supervisory experience in mentoring and coaching.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive, self‑motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively in fast‑paced environment.
Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required. Simon-Kucher does not offer sponsorship; CPT and OPT restricted.
Pay range: $125,000 – $130,000/yr.
