Sales Director (Retail Background) – Remote Work BairesDev

About the Role You will be the driving force behind sourcing, nurturing, and closing new BairesDev clients from your network and industry contacts, primarily through proactive hunting. This is a Hunter position.

What You'll Do

Hunting

– Build long‑lasting relationships with midsize to enterprise‑level clients in Consumer and Retail sectors.

Originate and nurture business relationships that lead to engagement opportunities.

Present BairesDev’s unique value proposition tailored to senior executives.

Project Management – Scope projects, shape engagements, and design business solutions that satisfy client needs.

Plan, implement, and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet revenue targets.

Coordinate cross‑functional teams throughout the complex sales cycle.

Assess and mitigate key risks through tactical plans and actions.

We are looking for:

5+ years of experience in Retail, E‑commerce, or Consumer goods with technology solutions exposure.

Strong business development, key account management, or vendor relations experience in retail.

Proven success in sourcing, nurturing, and closing midsize and enterprise accounts.

Deep understanding of Retail industry strategies, clients, and trends.

Strategic, creative, and analytical approach to building client relationships.

Knowledge of retail systems, customer data platforms, inventory management, and technology challenges.

Excellent presentation skills tailored to client needs.

Results‑driven, self‑motivated, and deadline‑driven.

Native English or fully bilingual English.
