About the Role In this role, you will be in charge of sourcing, nurturing, and closing new BairesDev clients primarily from your network and/or industry that are not inbound leads. This is a hunter position.

What You’ll Do

Hunting:

Build strong, long‑lasting relationships with midsize to enterprise‑level clients, primarily in Consumer (Retail, E‑commerce, Omnichannel) industries.

Originate and nurture business relationships that result in engagement opportunities.

Present BairesDev’s value proposition tailored to senior executives of potential clients.

Develop lasting relationships with potential clients.

Project Management:

Scope projects, shape engagements, and help define business solutions that satisfy clients’ needs and achieve desired outcomes.

Plan, implement, and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet annual revenue targets.

Plan resources, organize and mobilize teams throughout the complex sales cycle.

Manage and mitigate key risks through tactical plans and actions.

We Are Looking For

5+ years of experience in Retail, E‑commerce, or Consumer Goods sectors with exposure to technology solutions and digital transformation.

Strong experience in business development, key‑account management, or vendor relations within the retail sector.

Proven success in sourcing, nurturing, and closing midsize and enterprise accounts in retail or consumer markets.

Excellent understanding of the Retail industry, including key players, strategies, client structure, business models, sub‑verticals, needs, challenges, and key trends.

Strategic, creative, and analytical approach with a focus on initiating and building client relationships.

Strong understanding of retail systems, customer data platforms, inventory management, and technological challenges commonly faced in the industry.

Ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to potential clients.

Self‑motivated with a results‑driven, detail‑oriented, deadline‑driven approach.

Native English or fully bilingual in English.
