Legal Counsel – Mölnlycke Health Care
Location: Metro Atlanta, hybrid work schedule, office in Norcross, GA.

We’re currently seeking a Legal Counsel to be a key advisor with a primary focus on the Americas, ensuring compliance, mitigating risk, and enabling commercial success.
What You’ll Do
Lead Contracting: draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (distribution, pricing, GPO, NDAs, vendor contracts).
Support Clinical Studies: manage clinical trial agreements and related documentation.
Employment Law Expertise: advise on U.S. employment matters and handle minor disputes to reduce external legal spend.
Compliance & Marketing: ensure adherence to AdvaMed Code, FCPA, and review marketing materials for regulatory compliance.
Risk Management: provide practical, business-focused solutions to minimize legal exposure.
Global Collaboration: work on cross-border matters and support legal needs beyond the Americas.
Process Improvement: partner with Commercial teams to streamline contracting and develop tools for efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience
J.D. from an accredited law school; admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
6+ years of legal experience (3+ years at a top‑tier law firm; remainder in‑house).
Strong background in commercial contracting; MedTech or pharma experience preferred.
English fluency required; Spanish or Portuguese strongly preferred; French is a plus.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
High integrity and confidence to influence stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Collaborative, proactive, and solutions‑oriented mindset.
Strong business acumen and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
