We’re currently seeking
Legal Counsel
to be a key advisor for Molnlycke’s business with a primary focus on the Americas, ensuring compliance, mitigating risk, and enabling commercial success. Our team is built on a foundation of collaboration, humility, and mutual support, creating an authentic culture that empowers people to do their best work every day. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, international matters and shape legal strategy in a dynamic healthcare environment.
What You’ll Do:
Lead Contracting: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (distribution, pricing, GPO, NDAs, vendor contracts).
Support Clinical Studies: Manage clinical trial agreements and related documentation (MedTech/pharma experience a plus).
Employment Law Expertise: Advise on U.S. employment matters and handle minor disputes to reduce external legal spend.
Compliance & Marketing: Ensure adherence to AdvaMed Code, FCPA, and review marketing materials for regulatory compliance.
Risk Management: Provide practical, business-focused solutions to minimize legal exposure.
Global Collaboration: Work on cross-border matters and support legal needs beyond the Americas and strongly contribute to the global Legal team based at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Process Improvement: Partner with Commercial teams to streamline contracting and develop tools for efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience
Education & License: J.D. from an accredited law school; admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
6+ years of legal experience (3+ years at a top-tier law firm; remainder in-house).
Strong background in commercial contracting; MedTech or pharma industry experience preferred.
Languages: English fluency required. Spanish or Portuguese strongly preferred; French is a plus.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
High integrity and confidence to influence stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
Strong business acumen and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
