Position Summary The Director of Omnichannel Engagement Strategy is responsible for designing and executing an integrated, customer-centric strategy that delivers a seamless personalized experience across all digital and in-person touchpoints. This leader will partner with Brand, Field, Medical Affairs, IT, Analytics to deliver impactful campaigns, optimize channel performance, and continuously improve engagement.

Primary Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning:

Omnichannel Strategy: lead development and execution of the brand’s omnichannel engagement strategy and customer journeys for targeted segments.

Channel Orchestration: define sequencing and mix of channels (Email, Websites, Mobile Apps, Social Media, Field Sales/MSLs, Direct Mail, Media, SEM/SEO) to deliver the right content.

Customer Insights: leverage an in-depth understanding of customer behavior to refine strategies.

Test & Learn: establish a measurement framework to test, optimize and iterate campaign performance.

Execution & Enablement:

Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Brand/Medical Affairs, Sales, IT/Technology, Regulatory/Compliance, and Analytics teams.

Technology Management: drive utilization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Veeva, Adobe Experience Manager.

Content & Creative: oversee development of marketing briefs and collaborate with agencies.

Field Force Enablement: develop tools, training and processes for Field Sales and MSLs.

Compliance & Governance:

Regulatory Adherence: ensure all activities comply with pharma regulations, HIPAA and company policies.

Data Governance: manage data capture, privacy and consent across all channels.

Education / Experience / Skills Bachelor’s degree in business, STEM or related field. MBA preferred. Minimum 15 years progressive experience in the pharmaceutical/medical device industry with cross‑functional leadership.

Must possess:

Education: Bachelor’s required; advanced degree preferred.

Experience: 10+ years in digital marketing, CRM or omnichannel strategy within pharma/biotech/healthcare.

Technical Proficiency: managing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Veeva CRM, Adobe Experience Manager.

Data Analytics: strong understanding of measurement frameworks and actionable insights.

Communication & Leadership: excellent communication, presentation and cross‑functional leadership skills.

Project Management: ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pharma Commercial Model & Regulatory Environment: deep knowledge.

Physical Requirements

Regular standing, walking, sitting, hand use, reaching, climbing or balancing; occasionally lift up to 20 lbs. Travel up to 10% of time.

Compensation Competitive base salary, discretionary bonus and equity awards. Salary Range: $213,000—$266,500 USD.
