Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Manage a full caseload of litigation matters from filing to resolution.
Draft motions, discovery responses, pleadings, and legal briefs.
Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies for hearings, mediation, and trial.
Represent clients in court proceedings, including depositions, hearings, and trials.
Collaborate with partners and clients to develop litigation strategies and evaluate case risks.
Prepare witnesses and clients for testimony and ensure thorough case readiness.
Communicate regularly with clients, maintaining transparency and trust throughout the process.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of litigation experience, including trial preparation and courtroom exposure.
Strong understanding of California state and federal court procedures.
Demonstrated ability to draft high-quality motions, briefs, and pleadings.
Excellent communication, analytical, and advocacy skills.
Proven capacity to handle a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail.
Admission to the California State Bar required.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Skills
Advanced legal research and writing ability.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving aptitude.
Skilled in client counseling and case strategy development.
