Key Responsibilities
Lead a one or two‑person field crew
Operate robotic total stations, GPS, and data collectors
Perform and oversee field work for topographic, boundary, roadway, and ALTA surveys
Conduct property legal research both online and at county government offices
Upload and download data collector files
Check field files & notes for accuracy and completeness
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Experience with the following is a plus, but not required:
Process topographic, boundary and ALTA surveys using AutoCAD/Civil 3D or OpenRoads Designer
Prepare construction staking materials, including point files
Although a Professional Surveyor license in Ohio is not required; we are committed to supporting your professional growth and will assist qualified candidates in obtaining their Professional Surveyor License.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Trimble robotic total stations and GNSS data collection
Some experience with AutoCAD or Civil3D
Frequent travel will be required based on various projects and client needs
