New Member Journey (NMJ) Representative Overview The NMJ Representative is responsible for onboarding our newest members into the NMJ program. For each new member, this individual will assist in scheduling an NMJ welcome call, selling and setting dates for an NMJ vacation, and providing take-home collateral.

This position has a target annual earnings of $60,000, with some Team Members earning significantly more based on their performance. The pay rate is $19.50 per hour, plus bonuses outlined in the compensation plan.

Schedule Details Our Sales Office operates 7 days a week. Your workday will start at 9:30am and end when client interaction is complete. Paid training is provided for your first 2 weeks. You will be assigned a 5-day working schedule following completion of training, based on business needs.

Additional Responsibilities Include

Provide a warm welcome and an extension of confidence and trust in their new purchase, by providing a new member collateral

Schedule a 14-day welcome call

Sell a NMJ vacation and collect $49

Schedule NMJ vacation dates within 31-120 days

Provide each member with collateral outlining welcome call date/time, NMJ vacation travel dates/locations and review online access timeframe

Entry input into systems of entrance

Provide seamless handoff to Quality Assurance team member

If applicable, call members to offer a NMJ vacation package

Provide outstanding customer care when interacting with members and guests

Completes all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned

Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures

Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, and holidays.

Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to meet all compensation plan goals.

Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking).

High School diploma or equivalent.

Excellent and confident communication skills

Basic vacation ownership product knowledge

System knowledge with Voice and Clarity

It would be advantageous to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

Previous experience in the sale or marketing of branded Timeshare or Vacation Ownership products.
