Dronisos is a global leader in drone light shows, transforming the sky into a captivating canvas with hundreds of synchronized drones. Our technology has been embraced by major theme parks, entertainment companies, and global brands, establishing Dronisos as a pioneer in live entertainment technology. Founded in France, Dronisos set up its U.S. Business Unit in 2023 in Orlando, Florida. With a solid foundation now established, including operational setup, successful projects with major U.S. clients, and local partnerships, the focus is now on rapid growth. Our goal for the next 12 months is to accelerate sales and build recurring business in the U.S. market.

The Mission As a Business Developer, you’ll drive sales growth and foster client relationships across the U.S. market. Your primary focus will be to design and execute an outbound strategy to generate new opportunities—all one‑shot shows and permanent installations. You’ll be part of our U.S. team based in Orlando and report directly to the CEO. You’ll collaborate closely with the Sales Team in France to build the sales pipeline and continuously improve tools and proposals.

Define and implement a sales strategy for the U.S. market, aligned with the company’s global objectives.

Prospect and convert new clients in theme parks, live events, touring shows, brand activations, and sports entertainment.

Identify and pursue tender opportunities (public and private).

Build strong relationships with key industry players and monitor market trends through competitive analysis.

Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, feasibility assessment, pricing, negotiation, and closing.

Maintain long‑term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with French teams (creative, operations, finance) to deliver tailored proposals.

Represent Dronisos at industry events and trade shows.

Report on sales activities and maintain accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot).

Deliver tangible results: new leads, signed contracts, and recurring business.

The job is based in Orlando (FL) with trips in the U.S. and to Europe.

You are a seasoned B2B sales professional, ideally with experience in live entertainment, events, or creative technology. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and the ambition to grow into a broader leadership role as the business expands.

Experience & Skills

Proven track record in sales or business development (5–7 years minimum).

Strong network or solid understanding of the entertainment, themed attractions, or events industries.

Excellent client‑facing, negotiation, and closing skills.

Comfortable working autonomously in a small, fast‑moving team.

Strong organizational and reporting abilities.

Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).

Native‑level English required; French is a plus.
