About Blink Design Studio Blink Design Studio is a fast-growing exhibit and experiential design company based in Orlando, FL. We design, fabricate, and install
custom trade show booths
for U.S., LATAM, and European clients. We work constantly in
Las Vegas, Orlando, Atlanta, Miami
and the main U.S. convention centers, managing projects end-to-end: design, production, logistics, install & dismantle.
What you will do
Own the full sales cycle : prospect, qualify, present, negotiate, and close.
Generate business from the shows we attend
(Las Vegas, Orlando and other key U.S. shows): walk the floor, visit exhibitors, build relationships, and follow up fast.
Work leads from campaigns
(email, LinkedIn, show lists, referrals) and convert them into meetings and proposals.
Identify and sell higher-value projects
($100K+ custom booths, multi-show programs, international pavilions).
Collaborate with design, production, and logistics
to turn client briefs into winning proposals.
Maintain an organized pipeline
in CRM (Odoo/HubSpot/Salesforce or similar) with clear next steps and close dates.
Represent Blink in person
at trade shows, client meetings, and walkthroughs; this is a
client-facing, on-the-road role .
Report on KPIs
(meetings booked, proposals sent, revenue closed, show ROI).
Who we’re looking for
3–5+ years of sales experience
in
trade shows / exhibits / events / live marketing / experiential / printing / signage / interiors : if you’ve sold to exhibitors before, we want to talk to you.
Proven closer : you can point to deals you personally opened and closed.
Comfortable selling consultatively : not just taking orders, but asking the right questions: space, show, budget, GC, rigging, timeline, union, international exhibitor needs.
On-site in Orlando, FL : this is
not
a remote role.
Able to travel : for shows, client meetings, and installs when needed.
Bilingual (English–Spanish) is a big plus : many of our clients are from LATAM and Europe.
Strong written business English : You’ll send proposals, follow-ups, and LinkedIn/email outreach.
Understands show realities : (Freeman/GES, drayage, EACs, deadlines, move-in/move-out, rigging, furnishings) or can learn very fast.
Self-directed, competitive, and disciplined : you like being measured and rewarded for performance.
