A next‑generation AI systems Series B startup is redefining how developers interact with hardware, combining deep compiler technology, AI‑driven automation and edge‑level performance into a new kind of computing platform. Founded by experienced engineers and systems veterans, the team is building the foundation for AI‑native chip design and developer tooling that scales.

With strong early funding and active commercial traction, we’re now scaling our engineering backbone and hiring an

IT Operations Manager

to design, automate and secure the systems that power our teams.

The Role As an

IT Operations Manager , you’ll own and scale our IT environment from the ground up. This is a hands‑on role with high strategic upside: you’ll manage devices, cloud systems, and internal infrastructure today — while designing the frameworks that will support hundreds of engineers tomorrow.

You’ll collaborate closely with Cloud/SecOps and leadership to evolve IT from ad hoc operations to a robust, automation‑driven function that meets enterprise reliability and compliance standards.

In this role you will:

Lead and scale IT operations : manage endpoint lifecycle, SaaS infrastructure, and vendor relationships across a highly technical organization.

Design and automate internal cloud systems : build scalable integrations for SSO/IdP, MDM, IAM, observability, and workflow automation.

Own IT reliability and security : implement MFA, SSO, device management, logging, and patch frameworks aligned with compliance goals (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST).

Be hands‑on with support : oversee onboarding, troubleshooting, and employee experience for a growing technical team.

Partner with Cloud/SecOps : align on identity management, infrastructure integrations, and compliance readiness.

Build for scale : document and standardize processes, evaluate tooling, and prepare for a future IT team and cluster administration function.
