We are currently looking for a
Information Technology Operations Manager
to work Monday - Friday. The
Information Technology Operations Manager
ensures the coordination, execution, and continuous improvement of the Bank's IT operational functions. This role focuses on enterprise project support, internal process management, audit readiness, vendor coordination, cross-departmental collaboration, and the ongoing management of the IT systems catalog and operational documentation.
This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational communication and project management skills who can connect the dots between technical teams and business needs. The candidate must understand IT operational processes, IT systems, and how to move initiatives forward in a regulated environment.
Experience, Skills, and Education
•5 years of experience in IT operations, and technical project management. •Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and support cross-team alignment. •Familiarity with change enablement or lightweight Agile/ITIL concepts. •Strong organizational communication, and presentation skills. •Deep knowledge and passion for Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Copilot). •Experience maintaining documentation, process maps, or SOPs. •Comfortable working with vendors and cross-functional teams. •Proactive communicator and natural collaborator. •Detail-oriented with a process improvement mindset willing and able to disrupt the status quo. •Able to operate independently but knows when to escalate or align. •Naturally curious and interested in learning and adopting new technologies.
Preferred:
•Experience with IT audit preparation or risk/compliance processes. •Exposure to software evaluation and vendor management processes. •Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Essential Job Functions
Operational Oversight
•Maintain the IT software catalog through ServiceNow Asset Management system, audit license provisioning and track contract renewals. •Coordinate IT change enablement processes across business units. •Manage operational flowcharts, SOPs, and internal documentation repositories. •Track IT metrics and generate reporting on team goals, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and other key initiatives. Project & Program Management
•Assist EVP/CIO with business unit meetings, prepare internal presentations, and support departmental communications. •Coordinate enterprise-wide projects and cross-functional IT collaboration efforts. •Build and maintain project plans for leadership and lead project update meetings. •Manage other internal projects as needed.
Governance & Compliance
•Support internal and external IT audits by collecting and organizing evidence. •Assist with IT due diligence and compliance reporting during mergers, acquisitions, or reviews. •Help ensure that IT operations meet risk, control, and documentation standards.
Vendor & Product Coordination
•Support the evaluation of new software vendors and assist in product comparisons or pilot coordination. •Act as the internal Product Manager for Microsoft 365 rollouts (SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, etc.), driving roadmap adoption, change management, and use-case enhancements.
Communication & Enablement
•Collaborate with IT leaders and department stakeholders to improve transparency and engagement. •Translate technical initiatives into digestible business updates and communications. •Attend relevant conferences and perform technology research to support strategic enablement. •Execute other duties as assigned.
