Finance Manager (Portfolio and Performance Analytics) (Hybrid, Boston)
Our client is a highly successful Asset Management firm in Boston and is seeking a 5+ year investment and portfolio analytics professional to join their team as a Finance Manager. This individual needs to have private credit experience/exposure.
Responsibilities
Develop, monitor, and enhance key performance and portfolio metrics across the Private Credit platform
Conduct portfolio and strategy‑level analyses to support portfolio management, investor reporting, and internal decision‑making
Prepare and maintain track‑record materials; respond to requests from investors, prospects, and internal stakeholders
Partner with diligence and investor relations teams to support due diligence and data requests
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reporting systems and analytics workflows
Maintain and improve internal processes, databases, and performance tracking methodologies
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in performance measurement, portfolio analytics, or investment reporting
Direct experience in private credit, with strong knowledge of credit markets, terms, and LP reporting requirements
Solid understanding of performance measurement methodologies; familiarity with GIPS standards preferred
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize insights clearly and concisely
Must be willing to work on a hybrid schedule, 3X in office
Advanced Excel proficiency and comfort working with large datasets
