Responsibilities
Manage and review individual, corporate, partnership, trust, and nonprofit tax returns
Provide proactive tax planning and consulting to clients across a variety of industries
Supervise and mentor tax staff and seniors, including training, development, and performance reviews
Research complex tax issues and provide well-supported recommendations and solutions
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
Qualifications
CPA license required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (Master's in Taxation is a plus)
5+ years of experience in public accounting with a focus on tax
Strong technical knowledge of tax laws and compliance standards
Experience using tax preparation and accounting software (e.g., CCH Axcess, UltraTax, ProSystem fx, or similar)
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
