About the Role
Join the team as a Social Media Marketing Manager at True Food Kitchen, a full‑service restaurant collection known for nutrient‑dense, thoughtfully crafted dishes across the United States. We’re seeking a dynamic, results‑driven professional to develop and deploy engaging, viral digital content that advances business across multiple guest‑facing channels.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver innovative, data‑driven strategies that grow brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across major platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, Substack, and emerging channels).
Implement creative campaigns that bring True Food Kitchen’s brand story to life, ensuring content aligns with business priorities and resonates with target audiences.
Plan and execute a full calendar of social initiatives—including seasonal menu launches, LTOs, holidays, giveaways, brand collaborations, and influencer activations—to drive measurable engagement and conversions.
Continuously analyze platform insights and campaign performance to refine strategies, maximize ROI, and stay ahead of evolving trends.
Oversee the creation of high‑quality, shareable content (photos, reels, stories, live streams) and write clear briefs for creators.
Curate and repurpose user‑generated content to foster community engagement and amplify brand storytelling.
Compose and edit assets using Canva, Photoshop, and other tools to support day‑to‑day social needs.
Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and elevate guest concerns to internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with paid‑media teams to test and optimize creative across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other paid channels.
Assist influencer activations and support logistical coordination with internal and external partners.
Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future strategy.
\ Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
5+ years of social media experience in a forward‑thinking, growing organization (restaurant or retail marketing a plus).
Strong content production skills with the ability to communicate vision to stakeholders and creators.
Strong analytical skills—translate data into actionable insights and demonstrate history of delivering against KPIs and financial targets.
Ability to work cross‑functionally, foster true alignment, overcome operational challenges, and accelerate value delivery.
Strong executive presence and deep communication skills—able to influence up and down the organization.
Current in digital content and consumer trends; comfortable leveraging technology advancements.
