About Last Crumb Position Summary Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain a multi-platform social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Broadcast Channel).
Maintain a dynamic content calendar tied to product drops, collabs, and brand moments.
Lead ideation for content pillars, brand tone, and social campaigns.
Produce and publish content including:
Daily Instagram Stories and Broadcast Channel content
Weekly posts on Threads, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X
Capture and edit original photo and video at activations, test kitchen sessions, and other brand-relevant events.
Recut and repurpose at least two pieces of UGC or legacy content per week in platform-native formats.
Influencer & Creator Management
Identify and vet culturally relevant influencers and creators aligned with Last Crumb’s bold, elevated brand.
Cultivate and manage influencer relationships; maintain a strong pipeline of partners.
Oversee all gifting logistics—outreach, address collection, shipping coordination, and delivery confirmation.
Track influencer activity to ensure content is timely, properly tagged, and on-brand.
Develop creative influencer collabs that drive buzz (taste tests, lo-fi stunts, UGC series).
Align influencer outreach with social launches, campaigns, and tentpole brand moments.
Community & Engagement
Partner with the Community Manager to ensure timely, on-brand responses to DMs, comments, and tags.
Repost UGC and customer content weekly; spotlight superfans and amplify community voices.
Engage daily with followers through comments, DMs, polls, and replies to foster brand affinity.
Suggest and experiment with growth hacks and emerging trends to expand reach and relevance.
General Marketing Campaign & Brand Support
Identify the content needs in the marketing calendar and ensure assets are ready for every new launch.
Assist in planning and executing campaigns for product drops, collaborations, and seasonal content.
Work cross-functionally to ensure influencer and social engagement supports broader marketing goals.
Analytics & Reporting
Deliver monthly performance reports including:
Top-performing content
Platform-specific engagement trends
Influencer post performance and ROI
Strategic recommendations for content optimization
Qualifications
3+ years experience in similar role
Proven ability to create and edit engaging photo and video content for multiple platforms
Strong copywriting skills with a bold, witty voice that fits Last Crumb’s “never boring” brand
Experience identifying, negotiating, and managing influencer relationships
Strong project management and organizational skills; comfortable juggling multiple deadlines
Proficiency with social scheduling and analytics tools
Flexible, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced, creative environment
