Growth Strategist
We're seeking a data-driven and creatively minded Growth Strategist to lead initiatives that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, experimentation, and brand storytellingcombining analytical insight, creative testing, and strategic execution.
As Growth Strategist, you'll identify scalable growth opportunities, design high-impact campaigns, and collaborate cross-functionally with creative, media buying, and lifecycle teams to turn insights into measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute growth strategies across paid media, organic content, email marketing, and strategic partnerships
Identify, prioritize, and test new acquisition channels to optimize CAC, LTV, and ROAS
Collaborate with creative, content, and media teams to align messaging and visuals with performance insights
Analyze campaign performance, audience behavior, and conversion funnels to guide strategy and creative direction
Manage A / B and multivariate testing across ads, landing pages, and email flows to improve conversion rates
Partner with product and retention teams to design upsell, referral, and win-back programs
Forecast growth metrics, monitor KPIs, and deliver actionable reports to stakeholders
Stay ahead of emerging tools, frameworks, and digital trends to uncover competitive advantages
Qualifications
36 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital strategy (e-commerce or subscription-based preferred)
Proven track record of driving measurable results in acquisition, conversion, and retention
Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, Shopify, or similar platforms
Strong grasp of funnel optimization, attribution models, and lifecycle marketing
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights
Experience leading cross-functional collaboration across creative, media, and product teams
Analytical thinker with a creative mindset and a bias toward experimentation
Preferred Skills
Experience designing growth loops, referral systems, or viral campaigns
Familiarity with marketing automation and data visualization tools
Working knowledge of CRO platforms like Hotjar, Optimizely, etc.
Interest in storytelling, culture, or educational products is a plus
