We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cloud Engineer / Cloud Architect to design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and resilient cloud infrastructure solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support cloud migration, automation, and DevSecOps initiatives across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), cloud security, and CI/CD pipeline development.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deploy cloud infrastructure using AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Implement multi-account strategies and secure cloud architectures (e.g., VPC, IAM, Transit Gateway, Load Balancers).
Lead cloud migration projects from on-premises to cloud platforms.
Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Terragrunt.
Automate provisioning and configuration of cloud resources.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Jenkins, or similar tools.
Integrate security checks and compliance controls into deployment workflows.
Apply security best practices and compliance frameworks (CIS, NIST, ISO 27001).
Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing using tools like Nessus, OWASP ZAP, and Burp Suite.
Manage identity and access controls using AWS IAM, Azure AD, and SSO.
Configure monitoring and alerting systems using CloudWatch, GuardDuty, Security Hub, and other tools.
Respond to and resolve cloud infrastructure incidents and service requests.
Work with development and operations teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment.
Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and architectural diagrams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
AWS Certified Solutions Architect / SysOps Administrator, Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), or equivalent certifications.
Proficiency in AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud platforms.
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with security tools (Tenable Nessus, Checkmarx, Veracode).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to mentor junior engineers and lead technical discussions.
Preferred Experience
Experience working in government or regulated environments (e.g., GCC, MCC).
Hands‑on experience with GenAI architecture and event‑driven cloud components.
Prior roles in DevSecOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or System Engineering.
