Responsibilities
Analyze and document the current Freshservice workspace configuration, including ticketing and workflow structures.
Collaborate with Facilities and HR teams to design and implement dedicated helpdesk environments with tailored workflows.
Review and refine the employee onboarding module to improve functionality and user experience.
Reverse and restructure previous onboarding changes to align with current business needs.
Implement and configure the Freshservice SaaS Management module.
Enhance user provisioning workflows, including integration with Entra ID (Azure AD) groups.
Modernize custom objects and request types to improve manageability and scalability.
Expand and optimize the software request workflow to include SaaS and Entra group controls.
Partner with various business units (e.g., Application Development, Enterprise Architecture) to assess and address workflow and ticketing needs.
Redesign the termination process to improve asset recovery tracking and accountability.
Audit and clean up outdated workflows and tickets to ensure system efficiency.
Conduct a comprehensive workflow review to align with modern Freshservice capabilities and best practices.

Additional Skills & Qualifications Looking for an individual with Freshservice automation experience that can come into the environment and hit the ground running. Preference is for a candidate to be local to Grand Rapids, MI, or close enough to travel there, but open to an out‑of‑state candidate working remotely.
