Overview The main purpose of the role is to provide solutioning, architectural design, and technical leadership to deliver tailored solutions across consumer platforms such as Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, leveraging AI and other consumer platforms to support critical business functions and meet project requirements.
Responsibilities
Work with Product Owner, Sector IT, and Marketing teams to transform new requirements into best practice‑led design.
Work directly with stakeholders to design/govern highly usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable consumer technology solutions.
Deal with ambiguous problems, take responsibility for finding solutions, and drive towards simple solutions to complex problems.
Troubleshoot key implementation issues and demonstrate the ability to drive to a successful resolution.
Use deep business knowledge of the consumer domain and Salesforce Martech stack to assist with estimation for new initiatives.
Provide oversight to other solution architects and ensure sound technical design of the product.
Design and implement complex solutions in Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Web Studio (cloud pages), Automations Studio, Journey Builder, and other Martech products.
Implement integrations with other systems using SSJS and APIs.
Contribute to Consumer CoE building activities by creating reference architectures, common patterns, data models, and reusable assets that empower stakeholders to maximize business value using the breadth of the solutions available, also harvesting knowledge from existing implementations.
Evangelize and educate internal stakeholders about consumer technology solutions provided by the CoE.
Compensation and Benefits
The expected compensation range for this position is between $118,700 - $198,800.
Location, confirmed job‑related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications Mandatory Tech Skills
18-25 years of IT experience with at least 4+ years of experience with Salesforce Data Cloud including some experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
At least 5 years of experience architecting and designing consumer platforms.
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, Business, or similar.
Active Data Cloud or SFMC Developer Certification.
Experience in API integrations using SSJS preferred.
Experience with Salesforce MCP preferred.
Mandatory Non‑Tech Skills
Agile delivery experience.
Self‑motivated and creative.
