Responsibilities As a Control and Reporting Senior Manager, Intercompany, you will be the key contact for the oversight of all Intercompany Reporting for US Bottling, PCNA, Gatorade and Quaker. The position offers challenges and opportunities that promote both individual development and longevity within PBUS. The Control and Reporting Senior Manager reports to the Director of PBUS Intercompany Reporting.

Manage Intercompany teams across New York and Chicago

Review Intercompany team assignments/responsibilities to ensure successful periodic closes and accurate quarterly reporting

Prepare and submit the P4 intercompany schedule in HFM

Ensure the accuracy of Group Reporting eliminations and reversals

Partner with the field and relevant business partners to complete intercompany tasks/activities and resolve issues in a timely manner

Review periodic reconciliations/settlements for Intercompany accounts

Lead quarterly balance sheet review efforts for PBUS intercompany accounts

Identify process improvement opportunities and execute on implementation efforts

Ensure key controls are performed and are aligned with PBNA policies

Partner with the PGT project team to ensure continued S4 implementation success as site deployments occur

Compensation and Benefits

The expected compensation range for this position is between $118,700 - $198,800.

Location, confirmed job‑related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% of annual salary, paid out annually.

Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

7‑10 years of progressive responsibility, ideally with people‑management experience

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to handle multiple priorities

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Experience with SAP S4 ledger/AFO and Business Objects is a plus
