Lead and manage a diverse caseload across
personal and commercial lines , including: Bodily Injury (Auto, Commercial, Homeowners) Property Damage Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist Wrongful Death Represent clients in
state and federal courts
(Federal admission a plus). Collaborate with claims partners and internal legal teams. Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to a culture of excellence. Stay ahead of legal trends and leverage technology for efficient case management. What You Bring
Juris Doctor
from an accredited law school. 8+ years
of civil litigation experience in
insurance defense or subrogation . Admission to
RI and/or MA
