Location: Westchester County, NY (In-person only)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $7000–$80.00 per hour
About The Role Roots ABA Services, powered by Finni Health, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an active New York LBA license to join our growing, community-based team. This is an in‑person, part‑time position with flexible hours and opportunities to expand caseloads as you grow.
Key Responsibilities
Provide in‑person supervision and support to Behavior Technicians
Conduct functional assessments and complete all related documentation and progress reports
Design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
Deliver staff and parent training to ensure high‑quality implementation
Monitor client progress and modify programs based on data and outcomes
Ensure all treatment approaches are evidence‑based and ethically sound
Collaborate with families to develop supportive home and community strategies
Communicate with billing and insurance teams to meet payor requirements and deadlines
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
Valid BCBA Certification (in good standing)
Active New York LBA license (CT license a bonus)
Minimum 3 years of ABA experience (supervisory experience preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Commitment to compassionate, community‑focused client care
