The organization is scaling its IT operations and corporate systems function to meet increased demand and is investing in building a strong, structured Project Management Office (PMO) to support cross‑functional technology initiatives.
Job Description The IT Project Manager will play a pivotal role within the PMO, leading the delivery of complex IT and cross‑functional projects that support enterprise‑wide growth. This individual will bring structure, organization, and accountability to IT initiatives, enabling technical leads to focus on solution design and strategy rather than administrative project oversight.
This position manages the end‑to‑end project lifecycle—from planning and scheduling to budgeting, risk management, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting—leveraging both Waterfall (for integrations) and Agile (for software development and data projects) methodologies.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Manage full lifecycle of IT and cross‑functional projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
Establish structure, cadence, and governance for project delivery within the IT organization.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align timelines, deliverables, and resources.
Lead risk assessment, mitigation, and change management processes.
Maintain communication cadence with technical leads, business stakeholders, and executives.
Develop project calendars, documentation, and progress reports.
Track and manage budgets, vendor contracts, and resource allocation.
Facilitate meetings and ensure clear follow‑up on action items.
Support process improvement within the PMO and contribute to continuous framework development.
Occasionally manage cross‑functional corporate projects outside of IT to maintain business alignment.
Required Experience & Skills
5–10 years of IT project management experience across systems, integrations, and software delivery.
Strong knowledge of
SDLC ,
Agile , and
Waterfall
methodologies.
Proven ability to drive execution, manage complexity, and align multiple stakeholders.
Experience managing ERP‑related initiatives (NetSuite, SAP, Workday, etc.) highly preferred.
Advanced proficiency with
Jira ,
Smartsheet ,
Microsoft Project ,
Monday.com , and similar tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; disciplined documentation habits.
Ability to lead without authority, build trust, and manage up effectively.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with sound business judgment.
Nice‑to‑Haves
Experience in highly technical or data center environments.
Background in software development or systems integration projects.
Familiarity with
Azure DevOps
or Rally.
PMP or Agile certification.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field required.
Master’s degree or related certifications (PMP, CSM, etc.) preferred.
Pay & Benefits Summary Base Salary: Up to
$150,000
