The space between starting a business and scaling one…is TrueSpace. Many second-stage businesses have the market, ambition, and team to scale but stall when strategy, alignment, and the right connections don’t come together. TrueSpace helps companies break through by combining proven strategic frameworks with a network of investors, advisors, and service providers. Our process builds leadership alignment, establishes a consistent cadence for execution, and tracks progress through clear waypoints so businesses scale intentionally, predictably, and with the right partners at their side.
TrueSpace helps second-stage businesses achieve and certify Scale-Readiness™ and connects them to capital and key resources.

Maintain TrueSpace Fund reconciliations, forecasts, and UCC filings
Administer benefits programs, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Support SOC 2 compliance and internal control documentation

Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger principles
Experience with QuickBooks, Stripe, and Bill.com preferred
