Revenue Cycle Director (Healthcare | Medi-Cal Focus) Los Angeles, CA (Onsite) – $150,000–$190,000 annually | Contract-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee provider revenue cycle operations, including billing, claims, denials, and collections.

Ensure compliance with Medi‑Cal billing and payer requirements.

Drive operational performance and process improvements.

Mentor and develop team members in billing and collections functions.

Partner with clinical and financial leadership to ensure revenue integrity.

Must-Have Qualifications

3+ years of provider revenue cycle management experience.

Strong expertise in Medi‑Cal billing and compliance.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

Epic Professional Billing (PB) experience.

Experience in pediatric or orthopedic care settings.

Background in process improvement and operational efficiency.

Role Details

Type:

Contract-to-Hire (6 months then conversion to staff)

Compensation:

$150,000–$190,000 annually

Location:

Fully onsite, Los Alamos, CA (Adams Blvd area)

Start Date:

ASAP
