Sales Enablement Manager MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to drive revenue growth by equipping market-facing teams with compelling presentations and content for sales opportunities, consultant meetings, and client upsell opportunities. The role requires collaboration with product, marketing communications, and creative teams to develop effective sales tools and lead communication strategies that support sales efforts and convey MedImpact’s value proposition.

Responsibilities

Develop and refine presentations for sales directors, including building baseline decks, updating messaging, and creating custom slides tailored to client segments and product alignment to maximize value and win new business.

Provide expertise on meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Webex) and ensure best practices for marketing and sales side presentations.

Create compelling presentations and tailored content for specific use cases and customer segments, based on the challenges and goals of Sales, Strategic Relations, and Client teams.

Act as liaison between market-facing teams and Marketing to identify gaps and opportunities, and help create segment-specific messaging, slides, and other sales collateral.

Collaborate with Marketing on lead-generation content and with product management on product roadmaps and releases.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating all meetings with presentation teams and sales directors, including kickoff calls, deck assembly, dry runs, and print requirements.

Streamline the sales process by leveraging tools to automate repetitive tasks and empower the sales team.

Maintain and fine-tune the slide library and other templated tools for sales presentations.

Collect and analyze feedback from sales and client teams to iterate and refine enablement programs.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to measure effectiveness and identify improvement areas.

Qualifications

B.S./B.A. and 7+ years of experience in related fields, with at least 4 years as a subject matter expert.

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook).

Proficient with Salesforce or another CRM.

Strong numerical skills, including calculating discounts, percentages, and financial ratios.

Ability to solve practical problems, interpret instructions, and work with limited standardization.

Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
