Sr. Consultant - Recruitment at Theron Solutions Adobe Experience Manager — Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AEM Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-level web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AEM Cloud Services, Edge Delivery Services, and integration with Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and develop AEM components, templates, workflows, and services using AEM Cloud.

Implement and optimize Edge Delivery Services for performance and scalability.

Integrate AEM with Adobe Marketing Cloud (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign).

Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and DevOps teams to deliver seamless experiences.

Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.

Ensure security, performance, and accessibility compliance across AEM applications.

Work with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of hands‑on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development.

Strong understanding of AEM as a Cloud Service architecture and deployment models.

Experience with Edge Delivery Services and CDN optimization.

Proven experience integrating AEM with Adobe Marketing Cloud tools.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Adobe Certified Expert (AEM) is a plus.
