We have partnered with a large manufacturing company and seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing/Project Administrator to support project-related tasks within the Finance department. The ideal candidate will facilitate key processes, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure accurate project documentation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate the customer billing process, acting as a critical link between Project Managers, Segment teams, and Global Shared Service Teams.
Lead the customer onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation (contracts, agreements, certificates of insurance, etc.) is received and entered into the ERP system.
Administer data for new customers, projects, tasks, billing milestones, and engineering change orders.
Prepare monthly project status reports for Project Managers and Segment personnel.
Support global Finance, Project Management, and Segment teams as needed.
Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure the CRM system (Salesforce) is properly updated.
Perform other ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned.
Knowledge and Skills
Working knowledge of ERP systems; Syteline experience preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and related experience/training.
