Position Overview This Adjunct faculty member teaches Biology courses.
Courses may be taught in an array of teaching modalities:
MDC In-Person, MDC Live (Learning Interactively in a Virtual Environment), MDC Online (online delivery) and Blended Classes.

Teaches lecture and laboratory sections
Evaluates and advises students
Participates in departmental and College affairs
Recruits students
Serves on committees
Develops Curricula
Performs other duties as assigned
What you need to succeed
Master's degree in one of the Biological Sciences from a regionally accredited institution or a Master's degree and 18 graduate credit hours in the Biological Sciences from a regionally accredited institution
Must possess excellent communication skills
Must be able to work well with students, faculty, staff and the community
Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evening and weekend assignments
