Position Overview The Junior Technical Project Manager (TPM) will play a hybrid role, combining project delivery oversight with Agile coaching, release coordination, quality assurance management, and stakeholder engagement. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, technical understanding, and experience in Agile methodologies who can drive projects from planning through successful release.

Agile Coaching & Scrum Master Duties

Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

Coach teams on Agile principles and best practices.

Remove impediments and foster continuous improvement.

Release Management

Plan and manage release schedules across multiple teams.

Coordinate deployment activities and ensure compliance with change management processes.

Communicate release plans, risks, and impacts to stakeholders.

Quality Assurance Management

Collaborate with QA teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.

Ensure quality standards are met before release.

Track defects and oversee resolution processes.

Stakeholder Management & Reporting

Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Provide clear, timely updates on project status, risks, and deliverables.

Prepare dashboards and reports for leadership and governance forums.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

2-4 years of experience in project management, Agile coaching, or Scrum Master role.

Familiarity with SDLC, Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), and release management processes.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project).

Preferred Skills

Experience in QA processes and tools.

Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Knowledge of financial services or enterprise technology environments.
