Responsibilities
Supervise the Vaquero restaurant and assist in the UU Café as needed.
Ensure staff works collaboratively to deliver optimum service and meet guest needs.
Manage all employment aspects of assigned staff, including interviewing and hiring, orientation and training, scheduling, performance evaluation, coaching, disciplining, and exit coordination.
Hold daily operational meetings with staff members.
Oversee and organize special events.

Qualifications
3-5 years of work experience in a related field.
1 year of restaurant supervisory experience.
Associate’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
