Founded in 1971 in Long Island City, Queens, LaGuardia Community College is one of seven community colleges of the City University of New York (CUNY). With more than sixty associate degree programs, workforce training, ESOL, GED, and pre‑college programs, LaGuardia serves approximately 24,000 students, many from diverse cultural backgrounds. The Humanities Department invites applications for the position of Adjunct Lecturer to teach Contemporary Latino/a Theatre in the United States. The position will begin in Spring 2026. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an area of expertise and the ability to teach successfully. Preference will be given to applicants with prior college‑level teaching experience within the same discipline. Compensation
