The Program Manager (Temp) will support the program’s Faculty Director with operational and logistical functions of the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Online Degree Completion Program. Key Duties and Responsibilities

Help ensure courses are scheduled correctly in GoSolar (instructors, seat counts, wording). Assist with communication and coordination for releasing or adding course spots. Run and share iCollege Last Access Reports. Assist with coordinating online and in‑person events, including managing logistics and follow‑up. Reach out to underperforming students as directed. Add new students to the portal multiple times during the semester. Post announcements and updates to the program portal and GroupMe. Draft and send general student communication emails. Assist with new student orientation prep and logistics. Assist with preparation and logistics for the steering and executive committee meetings. Help organize swag mailings for new and graduating students. Process invoices and assist with basic budget tracking tasks. Support student success initiatives, including assisting with the organization of three workshops during the semester. Qualifications

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and two years of related experience, or a combination of education and experience. Preferred Requirements: Excellent customer service skills. Attention to detail. Able to work independently. iCollege, Panthermart, Spectrum, Banner, Word, PowerPoint, Excel. Experience in logistics coordination or event planning. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Familiarity with contracts and budgeting processes is a plus. Location:
